Step 1
📋 Create Your Account
- Go to the Register page from the navigation
- Choose your role: Buyer or Seller
- Fill in your Username, Email, and Password
- Click "Register" to create your account
- You'll be redirected to the Login page
Buyer = the party sending crypto. Seller = the party receiving crypto upon delivery.

Step 2
🔐 Login & Your Dashboard
- Enter your email and password on the Login page
- You'll land on your personal Dashboard
- Your Dashboard shows: Total Balance Active Deals Recent Transactions
- Buyers see a "New Escrow Deal" button to create deals
- Sellers see their incoming deals in the Deals list

Step 3 — Buyer
🤝 Buyer Creates an Escrow Deal
- Click "New Deal" from your dashboard or navigation
- Enter the Deal Title and Description
- Enter the Seller's registered email address
- Choose your crypto currency: BTC USDT ETH
- Enter the Amount (auto-converts to selected crypto)
- Review the fee breakdown before confirming
- Click "Create Deal" — deal status becomes: Pending Payment

Step 4 — Buyer
💰 Buyer Deposits Crypto
- Open the deal and click "Deposit to Fund This Deal"
- Copy the EZY-ESCROW pool wallet address shown
- Send the exact amount to that address from your crypto wallet
- Paste your Transaction Hash (TX ID) and the amount sent
- Click "Submit Deposit"
- Status changes to: Pending Admin Confirmation
Your deposit will be verified by admin. Do not close the deal until confirmed.

Step 5
✅ Admin Verifies & Confirms
Admin Only- Admin checks the blockchain transaction hash
- Admin confirms the deposit in the Admin Panel → Deposits
- If fully funded → Deal status changes to: Funded 🟢
- Seller is notified that funds are secured in escrow
- Buyer cannot get a refund without admin/dispute resolution
Once funded, funds are locked in escrow — safe for both parties.

Step 6
⚙️ Deal In Progress
- With the deal Funded, the seller begins delivering goods or services
- The deal can be marked In Progress to track delivery status
- Buyer inspects the goods/services received
- If satisfied → Buyer or Admin marks the deal as Complete
- If there is a problem → A dispute can be opened

Step 7
🎉 Mark Deal as Completed
- Buyer confirms they received the goods/services satisfactorily
- Admin or authorized party clicks "Mark as Completed"
- Funds are RELEASED to the Seller's EZY-ESCROW wallet
- Seller can then withdraw to their external crypto address
- Deal status: Completed ✅
Both parties are protected throughout. Admin oversight at every step.

Step 8 — Problem Path
⚠️ What If There's a Problem?
- If the buyer or seller has a problem, a Dispute can be opened
- Either party contacts admin, or admin opens a dispute directly
- Deal status changes to: Disputed 🟡
- Funds remain LOCKED in escrow — safe for both parties
- Admin reviews the case, evidence, and communications
Disputed funds are frozen — neither party can move them until admin resolves the dispute.

Step 9 Admin Only
⚖️ Admin Resolves the Dispute
- Admin reviews all evidence and communications
- Admin makes a final decision — two outcomes:

Release to Seller
Seller wins — funds sent to seller
Completed

Refund to Buyer
Buyer wins — funds returned
Cancelled
- Both parties are notified of the outcome
- This action can ONLY be performed by Admin

Step 10
💸 Withdrawing Your Funds
- Go to your Wallet from the navigation menu
- Click "Withdraw" on the currency you want to withdraw
- Enter the amount and your external crypto wallet address
- Submit the withdrawal request
- Admin processes and confirms the withdrawal
- Funds are sent to your external wallet address
Withdrawals are processed by admin to ensure security and prevent fraud.
